Meet Dr. Carla DeLucia (Barnes)
Dr. Carla DeLucia brings nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, with expertise spanning academic advising, student affairs, academic affairs, financial aid, and admissions. Her career has included senior administrative leadership and faculty roles at Fisher College in Boston, Massachusetts, and the University of Rochester School of Nursing, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the systems, processes, and resources that shape the college experience.
Carla earned her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.
She founded The Campus Navigator because she knows that college success requires more than earning good grades—it requires knowing how to navigate the institution itself.
As a higher education consultant, Carla helps students understand how colleges operate from the inside out. Whether navigating academic policies, administrative processes, or campus resources, she provides personalized guidance that helps students make informed decisions, advocate for themselves, and confidently navigate every stage of the college experience.
Carla lives in Victor, New York, with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being engaged in her children's sports and activities. She is an active member of the Association of Higher Education Consulting and Coaching (AHECC).
